Patriot Notables: After experiencing some success in non-district, its been a tough road in 17-4A. The offense is still getting adjusted to the speed of Varsity defenses, as they have yet to muster more than 10 points in an October contest. QB Jonathan Jones ('14) and RB Cornelio Garcia ('15) have been good in spots. Along with WR Adrian Contreras ('15) and WR Chandler Crawford ('14), the future is bright. We expect the Pats to score some points on Thursday.

Eagle Notables: This is the first senior class for Cedar Creek, despite being a first-year Varsity program. There has been progress on the field and in the stands over 2012, as the Eagles get used to district play. RB Vincent Fitzpatrick ('14) has fought through nicks/bruises to star for coach Hernandez. QB Jose Vazquez ('14) has respect district-wise as a dual threat. Most of his damage has come via the rush, but TE Devin Tuggle ('14) makes defenses stay honest.
