Prize Pick Up Policy -

From the Marketing Managers of Entercom Austin:

Effective Immediately - Prizes will not be released to anyone other than the winner unless the winner provides ALL of the following:
~A signed letter from the actual winner releasing the prize to the individual picking up the prize
~A photocopy of the winner's DRIVERS LICENSE or GOVERNMENT-ISSUED PHOTO ID
~Winner's SSN - this is required for tax purposes
